6) A satisfactory medical check
One of the good thing for this visa is that applicants can choose to apply for this visa in their home country’s Thai consulate general or in Thailand, but keep in mind that retirement visa holders will need to renew their retirement visa annually, and they are prohibited to have any income in Thailand whatsoever.
